In this scenario, please contact us and we will arrange the driver to come at the next available day.
We hope that customers take care of the box. However, if a damaged box needs to be replaced then the patron may be liable to pay for a replacement.
Our driver has many locations to get to and your designated day has been carefully chosen and this cannot be changed, under normal circumstances. Please contact us to see if there is any flexibility.
Currently, we deliver across Doha and nearby areas, including Al Wakra. If you’re based in Al Khor or another region, please contact us — we’ll add you to our shortlist and explore the possibility of delivering there in the future.
No, the first box you receive is free. You will use the box for the duration of the subscription and return it once you cancel it.
